Company Background & History

Pulse Interactive, a Nevada “C” corporation headquartered in Austin, Texas, was founded in May, 2003 to develop and publish mobile phone applications and software. After a successful sale of its mobile game division, Pulse Mobile Games, to SK Telecom in 2006, Pulse Interactive continues today to push the envelope on cutting edge mobile application development and deployment.

With its flagship product, called Mobile Lotto™, Pulse Interactive is enabling consumers in each state to play instant and online lottery games right from the palm of their hand. Mobile Lotto™ is our mobile lottery product that allows consumers to purchase, play, and win, real money lottery games from any phone, in any state, at any time of day. Much like other vertical markets, such as when the music industry embraced digital distribution, Mobile Lotto revolutionizes the entire distribution channel for lottery tickets moving forward. We believe this new digital distribution channel can significantly increase sales for the entire lottery industry.

Using the latest development APIs, GPS technology, age verification, and cash management software, Pulse Interactive is the leading provider of mobile lottery based ticket sales and platform implementation in the United States. Given the wide scale distribution available through the iTunes AppStore, Google Android Marketplace, and BlackBerry AppWorld, Pulse will distribute these new, rich media lottery applications in real time, to an entirely new demographic easily and efficiently to all consumers that have mobile handsets, regardless of the manufacturer.

Already popular in most of western Europe and Asia, Pulse has partnered with the best mobile gaming provider in the world to bring a turn-key platform to the United States market.

Mobile Lottery Market

Consumers who purchase lottery tickets via their mobile phones are an entirely new customer than those who purchase lottery tickets in brick & mortar establishments.  These traditional lottery players trend in the upper age bracket of the demographic profile.  Mobile Lotto consumers are the same group of people that are currently downloading ring tones, games, wall papers, and music to their iPhones other smart phone based devices.  Because of this, we will see very little cannibalization, if any at all.  In addition, because of our brick & mortar partnering program, we never cut the traditional retailer out of the equation but instead share the retailer commission.  Please contact us for more details.

Because of this, the total addressable market for Mobile Lotto is enormous.  With the United States selling in excess of $55 billion in lottery tickets, we project Mobile Lotto tickets to be a high percentage growth over existing sales.  This is due to several factors: 1) high penetration of smart phones in to the user install base along with our deep relationships with the largest distributors in the world, 2) billions of applications being downloaded across multiple mobile platforms, and 3) the latest technology to acquire customers and keep them coming back and playing more.

Mobile Lotto is here, today, so contact us to schedule an in-person demonstration that will leave you feeling energized about this extension to the already successful lottery market.

Pulse Interactive: The Best Choice

Because the founders of Pulse Interactive’s roots are based in the interactive entertainment industry for over 100 collective years, and because we have coupled that with the best, award winning mobile gaming software on the planet, Spin3, Pulse Interactive feels there is no other viable or compelling solution available to extend the traditional lottery industry to include the mobile platform.

Simply put, we know how to design, architect, and engineer the most highly complex, secure, digital distribution for the lottery industry today using the latest in mobile and cloud based computing.
